Welcome to Caribbean Connector’s Online Store! By purchasing from www.shop.caribbeanconnector.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Our merchandise is made-to-order through Print-on-Demand (POD) services, and production times may vary.

• Orders are typically processed within the Print-on - Demand terms and may vary by supplier, after which they are shipped.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled as it goes directly into production.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated shipping times will vary based on location and carrier.

• Once shipping details are finalized, estimated delivery times will be updated here.

• Caribbean Connector is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal service issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

• International customers may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

As all items are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

✅ The product is defective (misprint, damage, incorrect item).

✅ The item does not match the design or size ordered.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

1. Contact our support team at shop@caribbeanconnector.com within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the defective or incorrect product.

3. If approved, we will replace the item or offer a refund.

🔹 All sales are final unless the issue falls under the conditions above.

🔹 We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes. Please check our size charts before purchasing.

4. Intellectual Property & Branding

• All Caribbean Connector designs, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of Caribbean Connector.

• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification of any Caribbean Connector merchandise is strictly prohibited.

5. Fraud Prevention & Security

• Our official store is www.shop.caribbeanconnector.com.

• We will never ask for passwords, OTPs, or financial information via email or messages.

• If you receive suspicious emails claiming to be from us, please report them to shop@caribbeanconnector.com.

6. Privacy & Data Protection
